Shipping and Returns


While we try to maintain accurate stock numbers, sometimes there may be items we cannot fulfill at your time of purchase. We will contact you in that instance to either process a refund or offer alternatives.


Shipping and Handling

Orders are shipped every Monday or Thursday (Holidays are exceptions) for tracked items (processing time 3-5business days) while untracked items take approximately 1-3business days processing time.

Shipping costs are based on weight and destination of items in your order. Payment is collected at time of purchase. If you wish to make a bulk order, please contact me and a custom shipping fee can be calculated.




We accept returns within 30 days of order shipped, given items are returned to us on the customers expense in original packaging, unused and unopened. Shipping fees will not be refunded in any circumstance.

Return shipping will be paid by the customer and at their own discretion.

Once items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the buyers original payment method.

If goods are damaged, please take photos of damaged shipment (items and packaging) and contact customer support. We will send replacements free of charge, or refund you if you choose to.

General Notice

Domestic shipments (US & Canada) typically take around 3-7 business days upon shipment.

 International shipments can take from 10-30 business days depending on where you are located. We're able to give an estimate more accurately upon checkout.

Customers purchasing from EU countries may be subject to a customs or VAT fee and collected once your package reaches you.

Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change your address, so please fill it out carefully :)

Missing and late shipments

Please contact us if your package has not arrived within the estimated ship by date and we will look into it! 

Damaged or misplaced shipments

Maofrens is not responsible for ay packages that are misplaced or lost by the courier service if we are able to provide proof of shipment. We do not accept refund requests on packages that were not picked up and hence, returned to us.




Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted prior to your order being shipped out. Once we have handed off your package to our courier service we are physically unable to cancel your order.
